Full Moon in Aries
There will be a full moon in Aries on September 29, 8:20 pm PDT or September 30, 3:20 am UTC 2012.

The Dragon guards the golden fleece until Madea uses magic to neutralize him.
In the world beyond the cosmic veil of reality, the full moon represents the fruition or completion of the intentions and efforts that are declared at the new moon. In many cultures the full moon represents the act of father sun giving energy to mother moon. While mother moon, in turn, showers that energy to all of the star children upon the earth.
Since the sun entered Libra on September 22, that means the full moon can only be 180º degrees away in Libra’s opposite sign of Aries, the Ram.
In tropical astrology, Aries, the ram is the epitome of fire-sign consciousness. Aries are considered to be enterprising, assertive, opinionated, courageous, impulsive, fun-loving, and idealistic….and that’s just to start. There is a polarization or division between the Archetypal Aries that is stereotypically “Martian” and then there is the gentle lamb that is far less ego-centered but just as headstrong. Aries are natural born leaders that often charge through life speaking their truth and manifesting reality as they ram forward.

Mars: Roman God of War. In Greece he was knows as “Ares.” This is why the Zodiac sign is Aries but its ruling planet is still Mars.

Athena is also known as Minerva Goddess of War, Strategy and Wisdom
Aries is ruled by the planet and the “God of War,” known as Mars. Mars is the god that roman soldiers prayed to on all matters that related to war and conquest. Although Mars has many children, in astrology, Mar’s primary children were named Phobos (Timor) [like Temer to fear] and Deimos [Formido or Metus] also known as fear and terror or dread. So it is easy to see that Mars brought destruction into wars along with fear, dread and terror to help boost the empire’s chances of victory.
The Aries constellation is part of the original 48 constellations identified by Ptolemy and remains one of the current 88 constellations recognized by the International Astronomical Union. The Aries constellation is average in size and like all constellations had different names during different times by different cultures. Aries was once known as a farm hand, known as the golden fleece in Greece and known as Amon-Ra in Ancient Ta-Seti and Kemet, the land commonly known as Egypt in the modern world. In Greece, Mars is known as Ares without an I and his female equivalent is the Goddess Athena. The city of Athens, Greece is named after Athena where here statue and temple stand supreme. Known as Minerva among the Romans, This female representative of the Ares continuum is associated with the strategic cerebral approaches to war. This is why Athena is often associated with the intelligence and wisdom of the owl and this goddess is often seen holding NIKE, the goddess of Victory. In Rome, Nike is referred to as “Victoria.” So next time you think of athletic victory, remember Victoria instead of a corporate logo.
In Astrophysics, Mars is the fourth planet from the sun and is one of earth’s next door neighbors. Earth’s other next door neighbor is the goddess Venus Mars’ ultra hot beautiful lover and ruler of Taurus and Libra. Mars takes about 687 earth days to make one trip around the sun. This 23 month year is partially responsible for the apparent retrograde motion of Mars.

Seasons on Mars are about 8 Months long as the Martian year is nearly twice as long as the seasons on earth.
Mars takes 24 hours and 39 minutes to make one turn on its axis. Since Mars has an axial tilt similar to that of the earth, it experiences seasons just like earth. However the seasons are nearly twice as long to match the fact that the Martian year is nearly twice as long.
In Mythology Aries is associated with many stories, all with multiple variations. The most common myth associated with Aries, is the heroic story of Jason and the Argonauts. Our story begins with the hero being denied the throne of Iolcus by his uncle Pelias. Jason’s mother faked a stillborn birth and then shipped the real infant off to be raised and taught with Chiron the Centaur. Like Zeus came home to reclaim the throne of Mount Olympus, Jason returned to reclaim his rightful place Iolcus. His uncle did not want to make things easy for him so he sent him on a quest in the same manner Hercules was sent out to perform the 12 labors. Jason set out to get the golden fleece of the Winged ram that was said to be made of gold to establish his right to the throne of Iolcius. With the teachings of Chiron the wounded healer, and a talented crew of Argonauts, (named after the Argos) Jason met many challenges, retrieved the golden fleece and reclaimed his throne. Jason’s courage, strength and ingenuity exemplifies Aries virtue.
Argonauts include: Chiron, the teacher of heroes, Hercules, Theseus, The male gemini twins Castor and Pollux, the powerful sorceress Madea and many more.
Aries is the first sign on the zodiac ecliptic. Like the Roman Numeral IV card in the Tarot, Aries is the Emperor of the zodiac and it represents many “firsts” as this is the nature of the pioneering Aries spirit. In addition to being the first sign of the zodiac, Aries is the first positive or masculine day sign within the male/female or day/night duality in astrology. Aries is the first cardinal sign of the spiritual elements or qualities. Aries is the first fire sign of action. Since Aries represents the first house of the zodiac, this is considered to be the house of self. So the zodiac sign that is in this first house of a natal chart greatly influences how others perceive your personality. On the opposite side of the zodiac lies Libra in the 7th house. This house is the descendant and it is the house of marriage, partnership and sometimes open enemies. The descendant taken with Venus and Mars, often help good astrologers to determine how harmonious a relationship will be with minimal work. The first and the 7th house are in perfect equilibrium as one determines personal relationships and interactions and one deals with partnerships, friendships and the spirit of cooperation.

Trans-dimensional Weather Update:
Looking at the trans-dimensional geometry of the zodiac, The material and spiritual world are doing a dance of manifestation. This geometrical dance of manifestation is opening the portals necessary for you to dream your wishes into reality provided that you can get past the adversity. The Square of the full moon in Aries is definitely the most fierce full moon of the year as Uranus Opposes Pluto in Capricorn. From this point forward, BE the change that you want out of life or get hit by the lightning bolt of Zeus represented by the Mars/Tower card in the tarot. This is a time when keeping still may cause you to stagnate. So take a page out of the book of the fire sign continuum and prioritize new things over sticking to the less effective files and scripts from your past. This is a time of options for those who ride the waves of change into the shangri-la of opportunity.
Since the Full Moon takes place on the galactic tones of 11, 12, & 13 in Mayan astrology, expect a lot of synchronicity as this wave of 13 tones comes to an end. The energies will help humanity to harmonize and dispel negative intentions, habits and ideas. There will be a dynamic flow connecting all facets of your life over the next week. This will be a time to celebrate the collective experiences of your past into a collective whole that builds you a brighter future. Those who chose to flashdance with Uranus “the awakener” and Pluto “the renewer” will also soul train with the water dragon of the east. Remember that Pluto will be in Capricorn until 2022 so you better get ready to rumble.
Octahedron-Libra, Aquarius and Gemini
Summer may be over, but Venus has returned to heat up the fall in the Northern Hemisphere. The sun has returned to Libra, the goddess of love and justice. All Librans may already be feeling the heat as Mars moves from the familiar and scrumptiously sensuous sign of scorpio into the sagely, sporty and shamanistic shananigans of Sagittarius. Venus forms a trine with Mars in early October moving thoughts of subtle sensuality into passionate form and frolic, away from tactile anticipation and trepidation. Mars rules the Aries Moon and Venus rules the Libra sun, so you can count on a dynamic and fiery period of activity and epiphanies that nourish the mind, body and spirit of the hero within. And if you thought the party couldn’t get big enough, Jupiter joins in on the fun from the Gemini sector, adding expansive and jovial fanfare to the Mars/Venus connection. Expect some main events to take place this fall under Jupiter’s influence as the king of the Gods kicks up the gas powered laser light show for Mars’ ingress into Sagittarius.
Icosahedron-Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer
As the fires of creativity blast through the tetrahedron continuum, your cleansing waters of compassion, nurture and healing surround humanity like amniotic fluid facilitating breathing and growth for all of mankind. You have been doing a lot of falling this year so autumn is mere child’s play. Time to recall the lessons of your successful efforts and failures so that you can cultivate the wisdom necessary to sustain your will not matter how tired and unmotivated you can be at times. Procrastination may be the enemy for you only when you do not choose to take advantage of the down time to work on fulfilling the goals that you know you will reach. Your icosahedron channels of faith and empathy are hydrating humanity’s chakras by providing the metaphysical electrolytes necessary for individual and collective growth. This is a time to look within and nurture your positive traits and align yourself with the idea of learning from your challenges and mistakes. You are the cosmic shock absorber of the Zodiac ecliptic that facilitates the trans-dimensional experience of the dodecahedron. Solid, liquid or gas, Cardinal, fixed or mutable, there is no form or role that you cannot take on in order to facilitate personal growth and community development. The love that you provide in mind, body and spirit, helps you to recognize boundaries while gently pushing past the threshold of the impossible using nothing more than the wisdom of faith and determination. Scorpio’s heroic efforts remind us that we can resurrect ourselves from any challenge. Pisces reminds us that our beliefs can get us further than our skepticism and Cancer reminds us that we must trust our intuition as much as we trust our western scientific way of thinking. So make sure that you remember to breath in the strength of your experiences and exhale the certainty that there is no wave that you cannot guide into success with the right attitude.
Tetrahedron-Sagittarius, Aries and Leo

In the Maya/Aztec Pantheon, Venus has the characteristics that western astrology associates with Mars. Venus is often identified with the Jaguar IX or the Goddess IXCHEL and the spirit form of Quetzalcoatl/Kukulcan
Aries has returned and the Emperor has on new clothing. Aries has several new pairs of hats and shoes for each of the many roles that the ram demands that you play in the context of getting the job done among the zodiac menagerie of the stars. Time to take the lead in a game of cosmic kickboxing that is aimed at removing the old order and establishing a new order that is centered around a dynamic, healthier, humane, and more symbiotic existence. With Mars and Venus creating a trine with Uranus, prepare for the local shake ups that gets sparked after the global shakedown. With Uranus the awakener in Aries squaring off with Pluto in Capricorn most people are experiencing adversity while you only see it as an opportunity to build more stamina and become even more competitive. Leo will continue to remind us that we can turn lemons into lemonade and with a shred of cucumber make it look and taste good at the same time. Sagittarius’ wise words and expansive consciousness will remind us that hitting the mark is never as important as the intent to improve your aim. Aries continues to echo that there is no failure, only feedback. Time to place the impatience and doubt aside in love and at work and hit the Aries dare-devil dirt bike trail. Do-overs, whining, and flat-out failures contain the seeds of long-term success and happiness. So don’t be afraid to get your hooves or horns dirty. Empress Aries reminds us to measure twice and to cut once whenever possible. The Cosmic Trans-dimensional storms caused by the squares with Uranus, Aries, Capricorn and Libra only serve to remind you of your strength, courage and dedication. If anyone seeks to take you down, they better knock on wood and hope that the kindling doesn’t supercharge your solar plexus chakra. All adversaries will need all of the luck that they can get if they think they will get anything less than your best. You are the chariot of fire, a 1,000 horse power chariot of positive charge for positive change drag racing on the road of renewal and reformation lead by Athena and Nike. Don’t forget to smile and wave as you cross the finish line and wave your checkered flag!
Hexahedron-Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo
Pluto may not be considered a planet in Astrophysics but the lord of the underworld seems to be making his presence known. While Saturnian ruled Capricorn is demanding accountability, the Pluto ruled Scorpion influenced phoenix is trying to shrink debt and bring about reform in a world-wide financial system that is in the intensive Care Unit of corporate accounting. Since there is no earth element in the fall quarter of the Northern Hemisphere, be careful to move slowly and deliberately towards all long term and short-term goals and commitments. After Saturn moves into Scorpio on October 5th, be prepared to have all of your boundaries and limits challenged. Capricorn will be confronted with stubbornly holding on to the past fearing that the release of their fierce kung-fu grip may lead to losing the ground that they have gained. Taurus will completely contract and take baby steps towards success in the name of safety, when really the bull should be wearing cross trainers and guzzling energy drinks on the treadmill. Virgo will be seeking out opportunities to test and apply everything that they have learned in an effort gain a sense of control in their lives while the heavens rain super-sized portions of adversity and change.
The common denominator will be love.
Love under Taurus’ sister sign of Libra will remind the earth sign continuum that while things are rough, tough and sharp, the waters of eternity will always erode the jagged edges of life so that everyone can make their own Zen rock gardens of serenity. Exoteric or Esoteric you are the art cube of cosmic history unifying humanity through shared learning and experiences. So leave yourself open to something new and bypass that which is tried and true.
Dodecahedron:
The epic tale of Jason and the Argonauts can be seen as a homogenized summary of all of the heroic tales of western civilization. These tales echo the lessons of humanity through the patriarchal lens of the plutocratic elite. While such mythology may manifest as institutional oppression and contribute to gender bias and cultural marginalization, it is important to look for the sacred feminine that complements the sacred masculine for the sake of balancing the primal forces that spiritually evolve humanity. The balance of non-gendered masculine and feminine forces are the co-creative building blocks of unity consciousness within the realm of humanity.
The retelling of myths can easily be appropriated and sterilized to reflect the values of the “winner” forgetting that sometimes you have to learn to lose, to become an exceptional winner. Winners or losers everything boils down to choice. The choices made because of the free will given to humanity. All choices, good and bad can always lead to a positive outcome provided that you seek the seeds of wisdom and chose to grow from that knowledge. Jason’s tale connects with Aries not just through the golden fleece, but also through the first of the 12 labors of Hercules. Hercules had to lose the mares that he herded in order to learn. Through the adversity of loss, Hercules gains the depth, insight, re-orientation and humility that losing often produces. Such situations can cause a hero to re-emerge humbled by their experiences with a wider sense of perspective on how to meet any challenge. The Jason, Aries, Hercules and Gilgamesh myths serve as metaphors for the mind, body and spirit outlined in a spark note for humanity. Life, consciousness and trans-dimensional corporeal reality meet in the challenges that these heroes face while they grow towards the light.
The personal experience, acting under the influence of spirit and the soul, the innate “Christ Consciousness” that connects us to the sacred masculine and feminine, help us to identify and carry out the purposes of spirit while we clear a path back to unity consciousness. While Jason represents reclaiming that which was once his, Hercules represents the wisdom gained through all outcomes, both positive and negative. Finally, the epic of Gilgamesh represents the natural tendency of humanity to reach across the nexus of infinity towards apotheosis or eternal love. After all, the common denominator of most religions and spiritualities that build symbiotic rainbow bridges is LOVE, the original Tetragrammaton. The balancing scales of the libra sun and the cosmic download of the Aries moon remind us that all individual and collective choices are made from a place of fear or love. From the Mars myth we know that dread or terror is never far behind fear, but when we chose love there is always hope.
Reclaiming the sacred masculine and feminine, embracing the roles of losing and winning while building symbiotic rainbow bridges of love, hope and unity with your cosmic brothers and sisters, advances us one step further into the Age of Aquarius.
